Most requests are simple in nature and can be facilitated by filing the proper type of request. We call these bugs. There may not be a particular problem associated with these requests, however, they are bugging you until they are completed. We have a user-friendly interface for filing these types of requests. You set the priority according to your business needs. Once a request is filled it goes into our support queue. All priority 1 requests automatically page the on-call admin and you will receive a call within 15 minutes. This allows us to clarify the request. If you feel that a phone call is easier than email or our bug system, our customers receive a phone number for the on-call admin. This is a cell phone that is rotated between our engineers.
